About Us
Inspire Training Group was established in 2019 to support its sister company Insignia Healthcare Group Ltd. We created a specialist training course to assist Insignia with their challenging behaviour clients, which was then successfully developed to support Norfolk County Council.
Inspire Training group’s mission is that all healthcare and individual care providers should have easy access to affordable quality training.
Our varied clinical team seperates us from other training providers. They are highly experienced within the care industry and collectively they cover adult and children’s nursing, complex care, learning disability’s, challenging behaviours, elderly and dementia care, end of life, children and young people’s services.
As part of our organisation, Inspire Training Group has access to experienced registered adults/children’s nurses and a paramedic who oversees our clinical based courses.
Our Inspire Training Team
Sammy Parker
Our group training lead Sammy Parker started her career in Health and Social care in 2011 initially working for a domiciliary agency, during this time Sammy realised her passion was supporting the older person, and especially dementia care.
After joining Norse Care Sammy went on to become a Team Leader and specialised in dementia care and moving and handling. Sammy also attained her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Children and Young Peoples Services (England) (Adults Advanced Practice) (2017).
Since joining Insignia Healthcare Sammy has extended her qualifications to include AET level 3
Sammy is driven and committed to see others be their best in health and social care, offering unwavering support and training to empower HCA’s to be confident and competent in their roles.
Out of work Sammy whom is a keen archer and has represented the county of Norfolk at national competitions, she has held club and county committee positions for safeguarding and welfare officer and is currently learning the art of clay Shooting.
Jonny Waterhouse
Jonny started his career in health and social care in 2013, working in psychiatric hospitals with learning disabilities and mental health presentations across various settings including: Children and adolescents, low secure, medium secure, psychiatric intensive care, acute assessment, and forensic services
Graduating with his BSc (hons) in Paramedic science in 2019, he worked as a paramedic & then senior paramedic educator with the East of England ambulance service trust.
After then working at the University of East Anglia (UEA) as a lecturer in paramedic science Jonny joined Insignia healthcare in 2023.
He is passionate about clinical education and mental health. In his personal life he enjoys Muay Thai kickboxing and competed professionally from the age of 21.
Ceci Grozdanova
Ceci started her career in Health and Social care in 2014, working for 7 years as a Team Leader in supported living/ residential settings for people with Learning disabilities, Autism and a variety of mental health illnesses (Anxiety disorders, Depression, Obsessive compulsive disorder, Paranoia, Schizophrenia). During this period Ceci successfully completed her Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care and Team Leading, and she has been mentoring and training staff to achieve their absolute potential.
In 2021, Ceci joined Insignia Healthcare as a Care Consultant and 2 years after she was promoted to a Training and Wellbeing Consultant position. Since she started to work for the Company, Ceci invested time and passion to gain skills and knowledge about her role, including qualifications/ certificates – Train the Trainer Safeguarding Adults awareness, Wellbeing Champion, Accredited Pathological Demand Avoidance Programme, and more.
Graduating with her Master’s in Philosophy in 1998, she worked over 13 years as a lecturer in College and a teacher in high school in Bulgaria. She holds a certified Qualified teacher status for the UK.
Ceci is passionate about fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment, which contribute directly to the growth and success of our learners as they continue their journey to becoming skilled and compassionate Health and Social Care professionals.
In her personal life, Ceci is just one extremely positive and happy person. She mainly enjoys cooking and listening to music.
